Individual Therapy
I offer therapy for a broad range of challenges, including emotional issues, stress, burnout, self-esteem, and trauma. I have particular expertise treating the following:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Relationship difficulties – romantic partners, family, friends, coworkers, community
- Grief and loss
- Caregiver stress – Caregiving comes in many forms, such as helping professionals (healthcare workers, educators, social service professionals, and many others); those caregiving for a loved one; and those who find themselves in caretaking roles in relationships
- Medical illness – I have extensive experience helping people who are living with cancer and other medical illnesses
In addition to treating Pennsylvania residents, I can work with you if you live in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, or Virginia. I have been approved by the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards to provide virtual therapy to residents of these states through the PSYPACT program.
Clinical Supervision
I offer supervision and case consultation for mental health professionals. My supervision approach is supportive and engaged, informed by my history working with a variety of patient populations in different settings, collaborating with care providers from other specialities, and teaching and supervising in training settings.
Free Consultation
Scheduling a free consultation call is often helpful. This is a simply a conversation that gives you a chance to ask questions and allows me to hear about your goals, so that we can see if working together would be a good fit. Scheduling your consultation is easy – just contact me.
