Due to Covid-19 precautions, I am offering therapy remotely, via secure phone and video platforms. Contact me to learn more.

If you are ready to feel calmer, more hopeful, or more accepting of yourself, I may be a good fit for you. People often come to me feeling overwhelmed, depressed, guilty, lonely, or numb. You may be working hard to take care of others, but wondering whether anyone really understands you. If any of this sounds familiar, please know that change is possible. I am here to support you. Consider the times you’ve felt most “at home.” You may recall feeling confident, safe, or connected to those around you. Maybe you felt creative, strong, joyful, or hopeful. As a therapist, my goal is to help you to feel more at home within yourself.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, and coping with medical illness. My approach is warm and engaged, and I will work with you to create a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship to foster your growth and healing. My practice is based in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, where I am pleased to work with people in Philadelphia, the Main Line suburbs, and throughout the state. I am also now offering therapy for residents of states and territories participating in PSYPACT.

On this site, you’ll find information about my background, the services I offer, and answers to frequently asked questions. You can also contact me directly to ask questions or schedule a free consultation.
